Vivo has confirmed that the Vivo X300s will launch in China on March 30, 2026 alongside the X300 Ultra and the vivo Pad 6 Pro tablet. Sales will begin from April 3, 2026 in China. The launch was confirmed by Vivo Product Manager Han Boxiao in a Weibo post on March 25, 2026 alongside the first official look at the rear design of both phones.
Ahead of the official launch, the Vivo x300s specifications sheet has leaked through multiple sources including GSMArena, GizChina, and Gizmochina giving a complete picture of the phone before Vivo officially reveals it. The Vivo X300s is a mid-cycle update to the Vivo X300, which launched in China in October 2025. The X300s is positioned below the X300 Ultra in the lineup it is the more affordable option of the two phones launching on March 30. Think of it as a step up from the standard X300 but with improvements in camera, battery, and chipset over that base model.

The Vivo X300s will be available in light purple, soft green, black, and white colour variants. The green colour has a dual-tone rear panel, whereas the other variants have a simple rear panel with a matte finish.

Vivo recently confirmed that the X300s will sport a 6.78-inch AMOLED BOE Q10+ display with a 144Hz refresh rate and 1.5K resolution
The BOE Q10+ is a high-quality OLED panel that delivers accurate colours, deep blacks, and a wide viewing angle. The 1.5K resolution means it is sharper than standard FHD+ pixel density is high enough that text and images appear very clear even at close viewing distances.
The Vivo X300s will feature the Dimensity 9500 Plus chipset which is said to be an overclocked version of the existing Dimensity 9500 paired with 12GB or 16GB LPDDR5x RAM and storage options of 256GB, 512GB, or 1TB UFS 4.1.
For the Vivo X300s, the configurations listed include 12GB+256GB, 12GB+512GB, 16GB+512GB, and 16GB+1TB.
Vivo X300s Camera
The camera system on the X300s is the most talked-about part of the leak. The rear camera setup is a triple system. 200MP primary sensor main wide-angle camera with a 50MP periscope telephoto lens and a 50MP ultrawide camera. Thephone alos offer 50MO selfie camera.

The Vivo X300s has a 7,100mAh battery with 90W wired charging and 40W wireless charging. The 7,100mAh capacity is the largest battery Vivo has put in a non-X300 Ultra phone in the X series.
